Ravi Kunduru
Founder & CEO
Ravi Kunduru brings a unique mixture of business acumen and technical expertise, thanks to 30+ years of successful entrepreneurship, “living the dream” right from starting his first company at the age of 19. Ravi drives strategy, Innovation, Growth and, Customer experience by championing our cause, “Saving Lives Super Proactively.” He is also the CEO of Ventech Solutions Inc., which managed the world’s largest quality healthcare data program for the CMS who touches 60+ millions of Medicare patients .
Dr. Rottinghaus is a board-certified chiropractic physician with over 20 years in private practice in Cincinnati, OH and 30+ years in healthcare. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Kansas and his doctorate from Cleveland Chiropractic College. During his time as a private practice physician, Dr. Rottinghaus determined a need for improved clinical documentation in the chiropractic, orthopedic and physical medicine outpatient setting. As a result, he designed, developed, and, in 2006, brought to market the first web based EMR for small practice physicians. After the sale of Medicfusion EMR in 2013, Dr. Rottinghaus continued to lead the company as Chief Clinical Officer for an additional 5 years.

Chief Financial Officer Randy Fogle brings over 30+ years of financial management, controls and independent audit experience for various companies from startups to multi billion dollars government contractors. As CFO, Randy provides timely, accurate, and reliable financial information while upholding strong financial management and accountability, enhancing internal controls. Randy has led consulting engagements in cost management, performance management, strategic planning, budgeting, government contract compliance, reporting, and organizational change including M&A transactions.
Ravi Kiran brings over 30 years of full spectrum technology expertise from Embedded to Enterprise Systems, Architecture and design, Application life cycle, Cloud, IoT, AI and Sensor solutions. As the CTO and Chief Software Architect of QurHealth, Kiran focusses on productizing Ideas and delivering Cutting edge solutions in the Healthcare Data Analytics, Predictive Analytics using Conversational AI/ML. Prior to joining QurHealth, Kiran cofounded GoDB Tech and served as their Chief Innovation Officer providing mission critical solutions involving high velocity and volume of data in BFSI and FMCG enterprises. Kiran has developed and launched secure VM platform & solutions that are used in millions of devices worldwide from Mobile Devices to STBs.

Christine Crowley
Senior Healthcare & Product Strategy Leader
Christine Crowley is a senior healthcare and product strategy leader with 15+ years of experience spanning clinical care, healthcare operations, and product design and development. She brings grounded clinical insight together with executive leadership and systems-level thinking to solve complex healthcare challenges.
Christine held progressive leadership roles at CareCentrix, including Vice President of Product Design and Development and Senior Strategic Advisor, where she led cross-functional teams, launched new product capabilities, and partnered with health plans, ACOs, and provider organizations. Her work focused on utilization management, care coordination, sleep management, and value-based care, developed in close collaboration with Compliance and Legal teams.
JD Oleinik is a healthcare business development and market access executive with more than two decades of experience across value-based care, specialty pharmaceuticals, provider network development, and healthcare technology partnerships.

Throughout his career, JD has focused on building strategic partnerships that align providers, payers, and healthcare organizations around sustainable value-based care models. He has led growth initiatives supporting Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Independent Physician Associations (IPAs), Management Services Organizations (MSOs), and health plans, helping physician networks transition into risk-based reimbursement arrangements. His work has contributed to large-scale provider network expansion, Medicare Shared Savings Program success, and multi-million-dollar savings through pharmacy and medical benefit optimization strategies.

As Director of Business Development at QurHealth, JD leads strategic partnerships and client engagement across integrated delivery networks and value-based organizations. He works closely with healthcare leaders to deploy conversational AI solutions that enhance care coordination, improve patient outcomes, and proactively identify risk across the care continuum.
